Pharmacy Weight Loss Alton is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (registration number 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Alton and surrounding areas of the UK. We operate in compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and all applicable UK pharmaceutical legislation.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must be able to provide accurate and complete medical and personal information as required during your consultation.
Our services are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions that contraindicate weight loss medication. Our prescribing team will assess your suitability during each consultation. We reserve the right to decline treatment where clinically appropriate.
By submitting a consultation, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information may result in termination of service and could pose a risk to your health.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our GPhC-registered pharmacist. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are only valid for use through our pharmacy service and cannot be transferred to third parties. We do not dispense prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription issued by an authorised prescriber.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history before each order. Repeat prescriptions remain subject to ongoing clinical review.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely through an encrypted payment gateway.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will be refunded the medication cost. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
Medications must be stored in accordance with the instructions included with your order. We are not liable for any deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed by our pharmacist for a full refund. Once a clinical review has commenced, medication costs remain refundable if no prescription is issued, but consultation fees are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medication unless it is defective or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt if you have any concerns about your order.
